Andaman & Nicobar Islands comprises 572 islands, only 37 of which are inhabited, and a few are open to tourists. Havelock Island is one of the largest and the most popular islands of all Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Travellers typically enter from Port Blair via flight or ship and spend multiple nights in Havelock and Neil Islands that offer some great resorts.
 
Port Blair is generally used as a base city to catch ferries to nearby islands. However, tourists also spend a day or two here to explore the town and nearby beaches. People also take day trips to Ross Island and North Bay Island or Baratang and Jolly Buoy island from Port Blair.
 
Andamans have the most exotic beach and some of them also give the opportunity of trying out a number of water sports such as Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Sea Walk etc. North Bay Island near Port Blair, Elephant Beach in Havelock Island and Bharatpur Beach in Neil Island are three popular beaches to try out watersports.

Day 1 :

arrive port blair: cellular jail sightseeing – light & sound show

Arrival at Port Blair in the morning by flight/ship and transfer to hotel. Afternoon- Then covers Cellular Jail, In the evening, attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail- where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Overnight stay at hotel (Port Blair).

Day 2 :

portblair – baratang – rangat – mayabander – diglipur

Early Morning Check-out from hotel at 03.00 hours sharp and drive to Diglipur Island (325kms) by road through the dense tropical forest reserve. And the route of Andaman Grand Trunk road passing through Baratang Island, Rangat and Mayabander. Post reaching Jirkatang Check-post, wait for the convoy which starts off at 0600 hrs (The vehicle will not stop in between for any reason, as it needs to follow the convoy system rules). (Pay and use Toilets are available at Jirakatang Check-post)generally a 90 minute drive due to speed restriction). board Vehicle Ferry to cross the creek to reach Baratang Island from where we will leave for Limestone caves. Limestone is a sedentary rock that was originally formed at the bottom of the sea. Limestone is formed by compression over millions of year of the gradual deposits of many ingredients such as marine life, shells, skeletons and coral. drive through Baratang Village and forest to reach Gandighat Jetty (22 kms) from where we need to board another Vehicle Ferry to reach Kadamtala Village.Drive off to Rangat and then Amkunj Beach, Break Water, Pancahbati, Cutbery Beach, dhanninalaha walki way and then reach mayabander. Over there you can experience the Karmatang beach. Then reach to diglipur Island & overnight stay at Diglipur.

Day 3 :

diglipur - excursion to ross and smith island

Morning, post Breakfast, Visit Ross and Smith Island, 20 minutes boat ride from the Arial Bay Jetty is the Ross Island at Diglipur. Ross and Smith Islands are known as the Twin Islands of Andaman and Nicobar group of islands. Ross and Smith islands are actually two islands Ross and Smith joined together to make a single group of islands. Overnight stay at Diglipur/Rangat Island.

Day 4 :

diglipur – mayabander – rangat – baratang - portblair

Drive Back to Portblair via Mayabander, Rangat and Baratang ,(we can cover the revised sightseeing, which was not covered on first day) Overnight stay at Portblair.

Day 5 :

port blair - swaraj dweep(havelock island)

Morning, we start our journey towards Havelock island via ferry from Port Blair Harbour. On arrival at Swaraj Dweep(Havelock Island), our representative will receive and escort you to check-in to the resort. we check out from the hotel and proceed to Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7), the Times Magazine rated the finest beach among the best beaches in Asia. It is an ideal place for swimming, sea bathing and basking on the sun-kissed beach.

Day 6 :

swaraj dweep(havelock island) - shaheed dweep(neil island)

Morning after check out from the hotel proceed to harbour for Head to Neil Island by to Neil Island-a beautiful island with lush green forest and sandy beaches. In Neil Island our representatives will be there to meet you at the Harbour. Our vehicle will take you to the Lakshmanpur, Bharatpur & Sitapur beaches. Overnight stay at Neil Island.

shaheed dweep(neil island) – port blair

Morning Check out from Shaheed Dweep(Neil Island)& proceed back towards Port Blair (via ferry).

Drop to Port Blair / Harbour for a Return journey with wonderful holiday memories.

Night Kayaking: ​​The Andaman and Nicobar Islands’ mesmerising natural beauty, featuring lagoons, mangroves, beaches, flora and fauna, makes for a unique night kayaking experience. Havelock and Port Blair are famous for their night kayaking or bioluminescence tours through mangroves, small islets, lagoons and more. Tours begin around sunset, and people can opt to ride single or double person kayaks. Veer Savarkar Park (Port Blair) and Havelock Ferry Ghat (Havelock) are the most common locations to begin night kayaking tours from.
 
Scuba Diving: Andaman and Nicobar Islands is a popular spot for scuba diving among tourists. Most popular island among all the islands for the dives however, is Havelock.
